What is the role?
You will be the Head of HR/Admin/IT. Your roles at a high level are:
• Human Resources
• Hiring Process
• Hiring
• Building Management
• IT Infrastructure/User Support
As an essential member of the team, you’ll be shaping the way we hire, train, and compensate.
You’ll be key in developing our hiring process and our primary point of contact for hiring, including posting jobs and vetting candidates, but also in identifying and building long-term relationships with strategic hiring partners.
We’re largely an on-site firm, but we’re making the shift to allow remote work.
You’ll be accountable for overseeing the care and maintenance of our offices, while also be the primary POC for remote workers who need support with IT support questions. (We have outsourced firms who can help you with this)
Compensation
Starting Total Compensation Package of $70-100k based on experience.
Benefits flexible based on need.
What you will achieve -
The firm is currently ~20 employees, looking to grow to 30 employees in the next 12 months.
Within your first month, you will dive into our current company planning roadmap, partner with the leadership team to create your 90 day goals, and meet with each member of the team to build an understanding of the who and how of the company. You will get up to speed on office maintenance needs and contacts, and gain an understanding of our IT/Admin structure.
After 3 months, you will have attended multiple local networking events, begun engaging in online communities, and begun to cultivate a continuous candidate pipeline. Presented and engaged a hiring process, and assisted with hiring of at least 2 new team members. You will be meeting regularly with the Leadership Team to present your weekly accountability numbers and assist with solving company/people issues. You will be the primary POC for all user Admin/IT issues.
After 6 months, you will have built out a robust future candidate funnel, developed relationships with at least 2 new strategic partners, set new 90 day rocks with the team during quarterly planning, crafted and implemented the first stages of professional development plans for every member of the staff, and be looking forward to annual company planning
